Naim Audio is a familiar name to all audiophiles, it is one of the U.K.’s most successful and respected names in hi-fi.

With its considerable know how Naim has now moved into the highly competitive wireless speaker section of the audio market.

Last year Naim introduced the Muso, a rectangular shaped, soundbar–like wireless speaker that immediately won it a legion of admirers.

This year following in the wake of the success of the Muso, Naim will be introducing a more handy/compact version named Naim Muso Qb, (pronounced Que Bee) an aptly so, for the Muso Qb is in a compact cube shape.

Retailing for RM5, 235.00 the Muso Qb has managed to squeeze a load of sophisticated audio electronics into its compact, elegant form.

For starters the Muso Qb feature up to five drive units, a pair of micro dome tweeters, two mid-range drivers and a powerful rectangular shaped woofer.  Two similarly shaped but passive woofers are also used to enhance low bass performance. High performance, micro sized power amplifiers totalling 300 watts are used to drive the critically angled drive units.

Important features include Airplay and Bluetooth compatibility, internet radio access, USB and digital inputs, Spotify support and multi-room compatibility.

To fine tune and match the speaker’s performance into the particular acoustic the Qb is intended to be used in Naim Audio has incorporated a high performance 32-bit audio digital signal processor in the Qb.

The end result?  A highly refined audio experience that Naim claims will make the hairs on your body stand on end!

The Naim Muso Qb wireless Speaker can be auditioned at the coming KL International AV Show 2016 from 22 -24 July at the JW Marriott Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
