The Lamm LL2 Deluxe preamp. The tube to be the left is the Philips 6X4 rectifier tube. The two JAN Phlips 6189W tubes are at the bottom right while the GH23A output tubes are above the 6189Ws. They have the Herbie's Tube Dampers on them.
