The world premiere of the Borresen T3 floorstanders was held at 12 noon today at Audio Perfectionist’s room at the Kuala Lumpur International AV Show 2024.
Lars Kristensen, Founder and Head of Promotion of Audio Group Denmark, and boss of Audio Perfectionist Kenny Lim unveiled the speakers by removing the cloth covers from the speakers.
After that Lars Kristensen gave a presentation on the technologies used in the speakers and how the speaker drivers were made with new cone materials and coating. The basket of the bass/mid driver is of an unusual design and was 3D printed with titanium.
The Borresen T3 speakers were driven by the Aavik U-588 Streaming/DAC amplifier with accessories like the Ansuz Mainz8 X-TC3 power distributor and Ansuz PowerSwitch A3. Cables were from Ansuz and the rack was from HRS.
The system is on demo in Skyview 9, Level 29 of the Gardens Hotel.
