DALI’s Rubikore range of speakers was launched at Stars Picker Audio Library in SEA Park today by Regional Sales Manager of DALI A/S Caleb Raj.
After showing a power point presentation on the Rubikore speakers and the technologies used, a demo session was held. First to be played were the DALI Rubikore 2 bookshelf speakers followed by the Rubikore 6 floorstanders.
Stars Picker set up a system comprising Fiio R9 streamer and Cayin A845 Pro integrated tube amp.
After that the attendees proceeded to the larger demo room where the Rubikore 8 floorstanders were played.
The system comprised a Matrix Element S streamer, Chord Dave DAC with Chord Hugo M Scaler, Cayin M11LS preamp and Chord Ultima integrated amp.
After the Rubikore 8 floorstanders were played, Caleb Raj sprung a surprise by unveiling the DALI Epikore 3 bookshelf speakers, which were the first pair to reach this part of the world.
The DALI Rubikore 8 is priced at RM34,990, the Rubikore 6 costs RM24,990, the Rubikore 2 is priced at RM12,990, the Rubikore On-Wall is priced at RM 7,495 while Rubikore Cinema is priced at RM9,995. the Rubikore On-Wall and Cinema can be used for AV purposes and feature tweeters that can be rotated for horizontal or vertical speaker placements.
